Binance to Acquire 18% Stake in Hg Exchange: Straits Times

 

Binance plans to acquire 18% of Singapore-regulated private securities exchange, Hg Exchange, The Straits Times reported.

The embattled crypto exchange will acquire the stake, which includes its own investment, via its Singapore arm Binance Asia Services.
