Flight Cancellation Rates Fall As Omicron Fears Ease: ST

 

Travellers seem less spooked now by Omicron, with fewer passengers cancelling flights compared to when the Covid-19 variant first emerged, the Straits Times reported.

The cancellation rate for flight bookings into Singapore has fallen to 41% as of last Wednesday, after peaking at 58% on December 2, the report said, citing air travel analystics firm ForwardKeys.
