China’s largest AI firm, SenseTime, is set to announce the postponement of its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong after the US barred American investors from owning shares in the company.
Washington blacklisted SenseTime over alleged human rights abuses in Xinjiang, which the firm called “unfounded”, based on a fundamental misperception of the company, the report said.
