Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC and Australian developer Charter Hall have set up a joint venture to acquire the 50 Marcus Clarke office building in Canberra, Australia, for A$335 million, Straits Times reported.
The commercial building is situated in Canberra’s Central Business District, with a net leasable area of 40,000 sq m, the report said.
