Next Generation, a startup focusing on AI-generated virtual humans, finished its Series A3 funding yesterday, with Sequoia China named as the exclusive investor in the round. Neither party revealed how much the Series A3 was worth. The company completed two rounds of funding last year, exceeding $10 million in total from investors NetEase, China Creation Ventures, Shunwei Capital, and The Arena Capital.
