The launch of Diablo Immortal, a new mobile game from NetEase and Blizzard, has been delayed and won’t be released on Wednesday as previously scheduled. The announcement did not give any specifics on a new release date, while Diablo Immortal’s official Weibo account has been banned from posting on the social media platform due to “violations of laws and regulations.” NetEase and Blizzard have also postponed the launch of the title in the Asia-Pacific region until July 8. Revealed in 2018, the public beta of the game was rolled out on June 2 in most overseas markets, including in the US. The title has brought in over $20 million in revenue since its launch, according to AppMagic, a mobile market intelligence site. However, the title has a user score of just 0.4 out of 10 on Metacritic. [Diablo Immortal, in Chinese]
