Prosecutors in the eastern Chinese city of Jinan dropped a case against Wang Chengwen, a former Alibaba manager accused of sexually assaulting a female colleague in August. A Tuesday police statement shows that Wang received a 15-day administrative detention for “forcible molestation,” the maximum penalty for such violation under Chinese laws.
