Chinese tech giant Alibaba announced Tuesday an employee benefit program in response to Beijing’s call to improve working conditions. The program offers a range of benefits, including an extra one-week accompanying leave for family visits, an additional 10-day parental leave, a 20-day paid vacation for employees who has worked in the company for more than 10 years, extra subsidies for transportation and team outings.
