Tesla’s China supercharger network exceeds 2,500 stations as company launches hiring push

Tesla

Tesla said its charging network in China has surpassed 2,500 Supercharger stations, as the electric vehicle maker expands infrastructure and ramps up hiring to support further growth. Grace Tao, Tesla’s global vice president, said the company’s charging team has launched a large-scale recruitment drive covering roles in engineering, operations, site selection and project management. According to Tao, the company has deployed more than 12,000 Supercharger stalls across mainland China.

Together with more than 650 destination charging stations and home-charging services, Tesla said it has built the world’s largest self-operated charging network, helping ease range and charging concerns among electric vehicle owners. Globally, Tesla had built more than 8,182 Supercharger stations and deployed over 77,682 charging stalls as of the end of 2025, according to the company. [TechWeb, in Chinese]
