Xiaomi announced expanded integration with Apple devices in HyperOS 4 on October 7, outlining features that let users share photos, files, contacts and web pages across the two ecosystems. The company said the system supports two-way access to iPhone and Xiaomi cloud photo albums, notification syncing and message replies without switching phones.
The integration also extends to iPhone, iPad and Mac, the company said. On Mac and iPad, users can view and operate their Xiaomi phone through Xiaomi’s connectivity app, with compatible software versions, a shared Xiaomi account and the required network connection.
